We accept return / exchange within 7 days from the
date of delivery. The product(s) should be unused and preserved in its original
condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please
take adequate measures to preserve its condition. In case any of the above
are missing your return request would not be approved. Exchange / Refund is
initiated once the outfit is delivered to our warehouse and passes the
necessary quality process. The entire process takes 12 working days. In case
the returned outfit fails the quality check the refund / exchange would be put
on hold.
